Your personal data are used for the following purposes: job application.
We process your personal data for the legitimate interest of BNP Paribas Group (recruitment)
 
3. Personal data recipients
In order to perform the aforementioned purposes, we might possibly communicate your personal data to:
  • Collaborators in all Group entities who participate in the recruitment process and/or to external providers to whom the recruitment process has been outsourced.
  • Material and IT tasks for website maintenance, technical support and hosting, that have been entrusted to Oracle located in the US.
Data are hosted in the United Kingdom: (i) which is deemed to offer a sufficient level of data protection according to the European Commission or (ii) for which the following safeguards have been taken to ensure a sufficient level of data protection: BCR, Vendor clauses templates, Privacy Shield.
Data can be transferred to countries where Group entities operate: (i) which are deemed to offer a sufficient level of data protection according to the European Commission or (ii) for which the following safeguards have been taken to ensure a sufficient level of data protection: BCR.

4. Personal data retention period
Your personal data will be retained for maximum 5 years (as per the period defined in the country, actor of the recruitment), a necessary retention period for the purpose for which the data has been collected.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights:  
  • To access: you can obtain information relating to the processing of your personal data, and a copy of such personal data.
  • To rectify: where you consider that your personal data are inaccurate or incomplete, you can require that such personal data be modified accordingly.
